- Choose any Monday or Wednesday evening
- September through May (excluding Spring Break)
- Events run 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Host a Night. Raise Funds. Have Fun!
MacDaddy's Family Kitchen in Port Aransas is inviting local nonprofits to host a Bingo & BBQ fundraising night. Your group runs the games and keeps 100% of the proceeds from bingo card sales while we provide the space and supplies.
What We Provide
- All bingo supplies (cage, balls, cards, dabbers)
- Event space and setup
- 2 runner-up prizes (MacDaddy's gift cards)
- Promotion on our social media and in-store to help spread the word
What You Provide
- 4–6 volunteers to run the event
- Prizes for winners (per prize structure)
- Promotion to your supporters and followers to fill the room
- Sell bingo cards: $10 for 5 cards, extra cards $1 each — keep all proceeds
